Assign new documents to existing clusters

Apply the existing clusters to new documents

"Assign new documents to existing clusters" allows you to use the existing clusters and add new items to them. This workflow is highly beneficial when there is no need to run clustering from scratch as it is already done. You have received new entries and wish to assign them to the already reviewed clusters.

  • Note1: Your dataset must include at least one clustering result filed (see AI Clustering). In other words, this workflow cannot be the first clustering workflow that you run on a dataset since the goal here is to add to some existing AI clusters.

Note2: This workflow provides you with filtering options in the setup where you can apply the new tags on a subset of the data if necessary. You can read about the available filters on Advance Filters.

  • Specify which text filed is to use for clustering
  • Specify the original clustering results to which you wish to add new documents

Note1: Do not enter anything under the optional item "What do you want to alias your vector fields", if you did not set an alias in the original clustering process.
