Create Dashboards: Explorer

An overview of the Explorer app

The Explorer app is the most sophisticated, most expansive and easiest way to find insights and hidden trends in your text data. It can be used directly after your data is uploaded to the Relevance AI's platform.

Optionally, and to benefit from vector analysis, we recommend applying workflows such as AI-clustering or AI-tagging to your dataset. Then the full potential of the Explorer app is at your hand. You can read more about vectors and clusters at New to vectors? and What is clustering.

Explorer's main components

As can be seen in the image above, Explorer is composed of 3 main sections marked with A, B, and C. Each section is dedicated to specific functionalities:

  • Section A: for options such as naming or sharing the app, creating new dashboards and accessing to the main Relevance AI menu
  • Section B: for accessing search, sort and filters; also all the generated tabs/pages
  • Section C: The main body. Component and view of this part differs based on the configured tab/page such as chart, Ask Relevance (document) or category/cluster views.

In the following pages, we will explain each section, their main components and tips and Explorer tricks separately.
