The team at Relevance AI is working hard to make the platform user-friendly and intuitive alongside thorough guides in the current documentation. However, you may still need some help or encounter issues while using the platform. Once you log in to your account, you can see a question mark icon on the top right of your screen, next to your initials.

Clicking on the icon, you will see a menu with links to our documentations also the online support.

When the "Support" button is clicked, a chat window similar to the following image will open. Provide us with the description of your question or any issues you may have encountered while on the platform. You can also upload images (e.g. screenshots) alongside your message.
