After processing your data on Relevance AI, you can view the results on the Explorer dashboard. However, in many cases, the goal is to export the AI-analysis results and add them to another dataset. Relevance provides you with different ways to Export your dataset.

A unique identifier field

We recommend including an id field in your CSV when uploading data to Relevance AI's platform in CSV format. The name of the field can be any string value (e.g. id, original order, customer id, number, etc.) and values should be unique per row (e.g. sequential numbers starting from 1).

This unique identifier is very useful when mapping the export data to your original data.

Export via the Dataset View

Sign up to Relevance, select your Dataset and go to Data Table view. Select Export from the top right.

Export on the Explorer dashboard

All datasets can be viewed on the Explorer dashboard. Export is available on both "Ask Relevance" (i.e. originally was called Document view" and "Category view". Follow the instruction on Explorer: How To Export to CSV to download your full dataset or a selected subset as a CSV file.

Export workflows

We recommend using the export options available on the dashboard, however you can also go to the workflow page and use either of
