Guided Sub-Tagging
Tag a field based on another tagging result
Guided sub-tagging enables you to tag a field based on another tagging results. It is specially useful when you want to combine multiple tagging techniques. Or there are different text fields in a dataset where the content of those fields are different but relevant. This leads to a more fine-grained analysis of the data and controlled parent to child categorization.
Guided sub-tagging
Once you have uploaded your data,
- Select your dataset and run two tagging workflows either on one of the text fields or one two different text fields if their content is strongly relevant. As an example, you can use the guide available on generate AI tags workflow ) and Sub tagging.
- Go back to workflows and click "Guided Sub-Tagging" workflow

- Follow the instruction below to fill up the configuration wizard:
- Select the field containing the parent tag (i.e. the tag field you wish to sub-tag)
- Select the number of tags you wish to see
- Select the field including the key-words or key-phrases that can be used for sub-tagging
- Select the number of tags from the second category of tags that you wish to see

- Modify (add to/remove from) the list of tags that are presented on the list. Note that you need to hit enter when entering new phrases.
- Select which field you want to tag in this workflow
- Specify the maximum number of tags per document

- Type in a name for a new field that is automatically added to your dataset to save the tagging results.
- Once done with the setup execute the workflow

After the workflow is finalized, you can see the new field is added to your original dataset showing the sub-tagging done on the specified field.
