Explorer: How To Create, Name, Save and Share Dashboards
The first section on the Explorer App provides you with tools such as naming your Explorer app, saving the changes, and sharing the app with your team. You can create as many dashboards from scratch or by starting from copying an already-designed dashboard.
Name or Create a dashboard
- Click on the button on the top
- To modify the name, simply make the desired changes
- To duplicate a dashboard, use the duplicate option and the new page will be automatically generated

Delete a dashboard
If there are saved views that you no longer wish to keep, simply select the view on the main page and delete it or use the "Delete" option on the top bar - as shown in the image above.
Share the dashboard
When the dashboard is complete and you are ready to share the insights, simply click on the share icon as shown in the image below. There are two options available:
- Invite someone to the dashboard using their email
- type in the email or select from the list of already invited people
- assign the user permission type
- send invite
- Generate a sharable link
- Chose the link should be visible to only members or everyone
- Click on "Copy Link" to generate and copy the link to the dashboard

Members access
When inviting someone as a member to a project (as opposed to using a general sharable link), the invitee needs to sign-up to Relevance AI and will become a member of your project.
Save the latest changes
Don't forget to hit the "Save Changes" button otherwise, all changes will be lost when closing or switching to another page. This button appears on top, next to "Share", when there are unsaved changes on the page.

Using the burger-menu icon on top left side of the page opens/closes the main menu.
