Explorer: How To Create, Name, Save and Share Dashboards
The first section on the Explorer App provides you with tools such as naming your Explorer app, saving the changes, and sharing the app with your team. You can create as many dashboards from scratch or by starting from copying an already-designed dashboard.
Name or Create a dashboard
- Click on the drop-down button (e.g. spark1/Untitled in the image below)
- Click on "Edit dashboard name"
- Type in the desired name
- Hit "Save changes"

Note 1: Saved dashboards for the selected dataset are accessible via the top menu and through the down arrow.

Note 2: View (marked with V in the above image) provides you with a shortcut to the dataset view.
Note 3: Use Duplicate (marked with D in the above image) to create a copy of the current view.
Note 4: Use "Create new dashboard" (marked with C in the above image) to create a new view from scratch.
Delete a dashboard
If there are saved views that you no longer wish to keep, simply select the view from the top menu and click on "Delete dashboard", then confirm delete.

Share the dashboard
When the dashboard is complete and you are ready to share the insights, simply click on the share icon as shown in the image below. There are two options available:
- Invite someone to the dashboard using their email
- type in the email or select from the list of already invited people
- assign the user permission type
- send invite
- Generate a sharable link
- Chose the link should be visible to only members or everyone
- Click on "Copy Link" to generate and copy the link to the dashboard

Save the latest changes
Don't forget to hit the "Save Changes" button otherwise, all changes will be lost when closing or switching to another page. This button appears on top, next to "Share", when there are unsaved changes on the page.

Access to main Relevance AI menu from a dashboard
Using the burger-menu icon on top left side of the page opens/closes the main menu.
