Organizations, projects and members π’ π§ π§βπ€βπ§
Weβve introduced a new entity to Relevance called βOrganizationsβ. All projects and users now must belong to an organization. Each organization can have one or more projects with different levels of permissions per project.
Why does it matter?
Flexibility and data governance are critical to all organizations which is why we have fine-grained user permissions within a project. However, separating permissions by the dataset was challenging when inviting users from different teams who needed access to different teams. Teams wanted their own projects, but they still wanted to be part of the same account.
How does it work?
In the dashboard, youβll now see βOrganization Settingsβ under the settings dropdown. Only the organization admin (the original creator of the project) will be able to access this page.
In the Organization Settings, you can view plan details and edit the organization name.
Click on βProjectsβ and you can see your existing projects. There you can modify the name and user permissions available for each one. You can also click βCreate Projectβ to add a new one to your organization.
Finally, in the "Members" tab you can get a high-level overview of all the users that have access to a project within your organization.
Favourite Workflows ββ ββ
Access workflows with greater ease by favouriting those frequently used.
Why does it matter?
Weβve been on a mission to make workflows easier to use by recently embedding them in the Explorer and weβve seen in the limited real-estate that users want to access the workflows that matter to them. With a favourite, they can be placed at the top.
How it works?
This one is simple, just hit the star next to the workflow to favourite and hit it again to unfavourite.

Vector search now available in user onboarding π
To make it easier to try out vector search, weβve added it as part of our onboarding steps. Drag and drop a CSV, vectorise in realtime and hit search!
